Also ladies—wear the right footwear! I switched to flatter shoes for leg days and my knees feel a LOT better.

Loving the tips here. Anyone use massage therapy or chiropractic for recovery?

I see a sports massage therapist once a month. Painful but worth it. Also started using compression boots after leg day.

True! I also track my recovery with a fitness watch—resting HR and sleep quality tell me when to back off

I log everything. If a movement feels sketchy or causes even a minor twinge, I substitute or adjust. Longevity > pride

Anyone else take collagen peptides? I mix it in with my coffee—great for joints and tendons. Feels like insurance for heavy lifters.

Yep, and I also stack it with vitamin C to help with absorption. Also added omega-3s recently—reduced joint stiffness big time
