Meal 1: 6 egg whites, 1 whole egg, spinach
Meal 2: Ground turkey + cauliflower mash
Meal 3: Casein shake with almond butter

I make a “burrito bowl” with quinoa, black beans, grilled peppers, and seitan.
Add lime + salsa. Feels indulgent, stays clean

Protein fluff: 1 scoop whey + xanthan gum + almond milk + ice

I do high-protein chili: lean beef, black beans, corn, peppers.
One pot = 5 meals. Add Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.

Spicy, crunchy, high fiber, and filling AF.

Wheat wraps with tuna, lettuce, and mustard.
Also big fan of brothy soups with lean meat. Warm liquids help suppress appetite.

Post-lift meal: grilled shrimp + asparagus + mashed cauliflower
