If I’m really tired, I’ll grab a burrito bowl from a nearby spot and call it a night. Rice, chicken, beans, veggies, salsa—easy post-workout meal without feeling like I completely abandoned my nutrition. 🌯

That’s the key for me too—having backup foods ready. When I have microwave rice, eggs, chicken, fruit, and protein shakes at home, I’m way less likely to order random food because I’m starving.

Cottage cheese, fruit, and a little honey. Sounds boring until you’re hungry at midnight after leg day. 😂

Air-fryer chicken and frozen fries is probably my most repeated lazy dinner. Toss everything in, shower while it cooks, and dinner is basically waiting when I’m done. 🔥

My ultimate “I’m done for the day” meal is a turkey sandwich, Greek yogurt, and a protein shake. No recipe, barely any cleanup, and I can be eating in under 10 minutes. Sometimes the best gym meal is the one you’ll actually make when you’re exhausted. 😎💪
