I haven’t, but I might start. My knees have been feeling kinda stiff after squats lately. Might grab some collagen and see if it helps. Also, @SteelSpartan, what do you think about rest days? Some guys say complete rest, others say light activity—what’s actually better?

Good question. It depends on how you feel—if you’re totally drained, take a full rest day. But I prefer active recovery: walking, swimming, or even some light bodyweight work. It keeps circulation going without stressing the muscles too much. Just listen to your body

Yup, active recovery is where it’s at. I do light stretching and mobility work on rest days, and I feel way better the next day. Also, don’t sleep on hydration—most people don’t drink enough water, and dehydration kills recovery. How much water is everyone drinking daily?
