I do full-body training twice a week because recovery is important for me. My focus is on strength and movement quality rather than volume. Squats, Romanian deadlifts, pull-ups, and presses, then mobility work. It keeps me feeling strong and fresh!

I do a mix of everything—some barbell work, some kettlebell circuits, and sometimes just bodyweight. Keeps things fun and prevents burnout!

Love seeing all these approaches! I’m a big believer in progressive overload. Whatever your full-body workout is, if you’re adding weight and improving over time, you’ll get results!

I train full-body three times a week, but I balance strength and flexibility. Yoga and resistance training together make a killer combo!
