True that. You can always eat back the calories if you’re scared of size loss. Clean food + steady cardio = best combo.

I like that perspective, cardio as a tool not a punishment. I’ll stick with it then. Appreciate the wisdom, boys.

End of the day, if the bar weight isn’t dropping and you’re fueling right, muscle stays. Cardio just trims the fluff. Keep grinding.
