Oh man, cutting is like saying goodbye to my best friend—carbs. 🥲 I switch to sweet potatoes and brown rice, but the cravings for pizza hit hard! Cheat meals once a week save me from losing it completely. 🍕

Flex, I feel you! For me, it’s sweets. 🍩 I’ve started making protein desserts—Greek yogurt mixed with cocoa and stevia is my go-to. Anyone else have a hack for sweet cravings?

@KlaraForge, yes! Try freezing protein shakes into popsicles. 🍦 It feels indulgent but keeps you on track. I also mix protein powder into oatmeal with some cinnamon—tastes like dessert but is totally clean.

My biggest issue is snacking at night. 🌙 I’m fine all day but then BOOM—cravings for chips. What do you guys snack on when the late-night munchies hit?

Stronghold42, I hear ya! I keep celery sticks and peanut butter ready for nights like that. 🥜 If I’m desperate, a handful of almonds does the trick. Gotta stay disciplined! 💪

Same here, @SteelTitan9. For me, it’s popcorn—air-popped with just a sprinkle of Himalayan salt. 🍿 Low-cal and keeps my hands busy when I’m watching Netflix.

Guys, how do you deal with family dinners while cutting? 🍽️ Everyone around me is eating pasta and fried food, and I’m over here with my chicken and broccoli. 😓 It’s awkward, tbh.
