Boost Your Recovery: Simple & Effective Tips
Recovery is just as important as your workout. If you want faster healing and better gains, focus on:
Sleep – Aim for 7-9 hours for muscle repair.
Nutrition – Eat enough protein and whole foods.
Hydration – Water helps flush toxins and reduce soreness.
Active Recovery – Light walking, stretching, or yoga improves blood flow.
Ice & Heat – Use ice for swelling and heat for stiffness.
Massage or foam rolling – Helps break up tight tissue and speed up healing.
