💊Which Supplements Actually Deliver Results?
💊Which Supplements Actually Deliver Results?
Feels like every week there’s a new “must-have” supplement for lifters, but most of them seem like hype. For those of you who’ve tried a bunch, which ones genuinely helped with strength, recovery or muscle growth and which ones turned out to be a waste of money?

Honestly, creatine is the only one I’d call a game-changer. Cheap, proven and you feel the difference in strength and recovery. Everything else is hit or miss.

Yeah, I’ve been eyeing creatine again. Did you notice bloating or water retention, or was it pretty smooth for you?

Most “muscle building” supplements are garbage. I wasted a ton on BCAAs in the past. Once I learned they don’t do much if you’re already eating enough protein, I dropped them.

Agree with the above. If your diet is on point, BCAAs are useless. EAAs maybe have some benefit if you train fasted, but still not essential.

Multivitamin and vitamin D are my go-to. Not directly for gains, but they keep me healthy enough to train consistently, which matters more.
