Yoga + long walks + band work. Keep blood flowing, skip the barbell. Works every time. 🧘‍♀️

I follow the Beyond 5/3/1 book. The volume options are great for building size.

I do a deload week every 4th cycle. Keeps motivation and joints happy.

I cycle off after 3–4 blocks. Do hypertrophy work for 4 weeks, then back to strength.
