Honestly, I keep it simple: creatine + protein.

Re: Ever Ignored a Small Pain That Turned Into a Bigger Problem?
Recovery days are underrated too. Sometimes the smartest move is getting out of the gym instead of trying to prove how hardcore you are. You’re not losing gains because you skipped pressing for a few days.

Re: 🏆 Would You Rather Arrive Slightly Ahead of Schedule or Push Hard at the End of Prep?
I think it depends on the starting point. If someone begins prep already pretty lean, they might have more flexibility, but if they have a lot of fat to lose, trying to force everything into the final weeks seems like a bad strategy.

Re: What Training Style Has Made the Biggest Difference in Your Strength This Year? 💪
Progressive overload + better technique has been my biggest win this year. I used to chase heavier numbers even when my form was falling apart. Now I’m more focused on controlled reps, full range of motion, and gradually increasing the load. It’s slower, but I’m actually getting stronger instead of j ...

Re: How Do You Hit Your Protein Goal Without Eating the Same Foods Every Day? 💪🍗
I don’t really count every gram anymore. I just make sure every meal has a decent protein source and then adjust portions based on whether I’m cutting, maintaining, or trying to gain. That approach has been much easier for me to stick with long term.

Re: Anyone else feel like they're training hard but not seeing the results they expected?
I've been following my current routine for around three months. I think I may have been focusing too much on how tired I feel after training instead of actually tracking whether my strength and performance are improving. I'm definitely going to start logging my workouts more carefully.

Anyone else feel like they're training hard but not seeing the results they expected?
I've been training consistently for a while now, but lately I feel like my progress has slowed down. I’m going to the gym regularly, pushing myself during workouts, and trying to stay consistent, but I don't feel like I'm getting the results I expected. I'm starting to wonder if I need to change my w ...

Re: Do Intra-Workout Drinks Actually Help?
I like using them on heavy leg or back days. Feels like my endurance is a little better when the session gets long.
