My lazy meal is a turkey wrap with some cheese, spinach, and whatever sauce I have in the fridge. Takes less time to make than deciding what to order.

I definitely think a warm-up is worth it, but I don’t think every workout needs the same routine. If I’m doing heavy squats, I’ll spend more time getting my hips and ankles ready and then gradually work up with lighter sets. For an easier workout, my warm-up is pretty short.

Meal prep on Sunday is huge for me. I’ll cook two proteins, one carb, and a bunch of vegetables, then mix everything differently throughout the week. It takes a little time upfront, but it keeps me from ordering takeout when I get home from the gym starving.

Sleep was probably my biggest struggle. Once calories got lower and cardio went up, I had to become much more intentional about my bedtime routine. You can have the perfect training plan, but being exhausted every day makes everything harder.

Stretching used to be something I skipped because I thought it wasn't important. Now I spend ten minutes every morning doing simple mobility exercises, and my body feels much looser throughout the day. My back and shoulders don't feel nearly as stiff as they used to.

It’s definitely a TikTok-era thing. Back in the day it was stringers and cutoffs. Now it’s 3XL tees and crew socks pulled to the knees

Skipping warm-ups like they’re optional. You don’t need a 30-min yoga class, but jumping straight to heavy weight is asking for trouble.

Totally normal. More sitting + mental stress = worse recovery. I had to lower volume for a few weeks instead of forcing old numbers.

Any “hardcore fat burner” that’s basically just caffeine and yohimbine. You feel wired for a week, then nothing. Not worth the side effects.
