Bad setup on compounds. Squat walkout trash, deadlift bar too far, bench grip all over the place. Small stuff adds up fast.

Re: Anyone Else’s Strength Dip Hard After Switching Jobs?
I switched to early morning lifts when I changed jobs. Felt awful at first, but at least training was done before work drained me.

Turmeric + black pepper supplement simple and inexpensive, but reduced my joint stiffness more than anything else.

Re: Supplements That Sounded Great… Until You Tried Them
Turkesterone hype got me. Everyone online swore it was game-changing, but I ran it for two months and lifts didn’t move at all.

Re: How Do You Know When Your Body Actually Needs a Break?
I keep a loose rule:

I run push/pull/legs and only take the final set of an exercise to failure. Keeps volume high and still gives me that intensity spike. Best combo I’ve had for growth.

Re: What’s in Your Cut Stack Right Now?
Cut stack for me: creatine, fish oil, L-carnitine and a good multivitamin. Tried fat burners before waste of money imo. Diet and sleep do 90% of the work.
