I’ve realized consistency is more important than having a perfect meal plan. If I know I have protein, carbs, veggies, and a couple easy snacks ready to go, I’m much less likely to hit the drive-thru after lifting.

That’s what I’m starting to do too. I used to prep the same chicken-and-rice box for four or five days and by the end of the week I couldn’t stand it
. Having different sauces and seasonings definitely helps.

Bad setup on compounds. Squat walkout trash, deadlift bar too far, bench grip all over the place. Small stuff adds up fast.

Turmeric + black pepper supplement simple and inexpensive, but reduced my joint stiffness more than anything else.
