That’s a pretty realistic stack. I think a lot of people eventually end up simplifying after realizing consistency matters more than having a complicated supplement routine.

That’s how I look at protein too. It’s more about convenience and helping me hit my numbers than replacing normal food.

Same! I used to think I needed a huge stack, but now I’m realizing that a few things I actually use consistently make more sense than having ten different tubs sitting around.

I feel like supplement choices have gotten way more complicated lately. Between creatine, protein, electrolytes, pre-workout, magnesium, and all the new products coming out, it’s easy to spend money on things you don't really need. What are you actually taking in 2026 that you feel is worth it?

I used to think pushing harder at the end was the hardcore approach, but experience changed my mind. When calories are low, cardio is high, sleep gets harder, and you're still trying to train, there’s only so much more you can squeeze out without hurting performance or recovery. My favorite warm-up is honestly just doing the first exercise with lighter weight and slowly adding plates. Simple and effective.

I'm with you guys on this. I used to think a bigger supplement stack automatically meant better results, but these days I'm much more interested in what actually earns a spot in the cabinet.

I see a new “must-have” supplement every other week, and honestly, some of them seem to get way more hype than they deserve.
What supplement do you think is overhyped, especially compared with simply getting your training, nutrition, sleep, and recovery dialed in?
