That’s the key for me too—having backup foods ready. When I have microwave rice, eggs, chicken, fruit, and protein shakes at home, I’m way less likely to order random food because I’m starving.

Same! Rotisserie chicken has become my emergency meal lately. Throw it over microwave rice with some salsa or avocado and I’m eating within five minutes. 🙌

I keep Greek yogurt, fruit, protein shakes, and a few easy high-protein snacks at work. That way a crazy day doesn’t completely wreck my eating plan.

Honestly, sleep and food make a huge difference. There have been weeks where I thought my program stopped working, then realized I was sleeping five hours and barely eating enough.

Bulgarian split squats. They hurt, they're brutal, and I question my life choices every workout... but they've fixed strength imbalances that regular squats never exposed.

I've been through this more than once. The biggest lesson I learned was that training harder isn't always the answer. I started paying more attention to technique, controlling the movement, and actually feeling the target muscle instead of just moving heavier weights. My progress became much better ...

Headphones help a lot. Once you’re locked into your music and your workout, the rest of the room kind of disappears.
