Also, don’t forget accessories. Hip thrusts, rows, lunges… those will feed your main lifts and fix weak spots.

Start with 6 weeks max if she’s new. Side effects creep up after that, especially with hair and skin.

I use naturally desiccated thyroid. Works better for me than synthetic. But yeah, bloodwork is key!

I swear with quinoa and roasted veggies. Keeps me full and gives me crazy clean energy. Also, berries are my go-to post-workout carbs light but effective!
