I’ve cut my stack down over the last year and haven’t missed most of the stuff I dropped.

That’s actually what made me question the whole “full stack” mentality. Once I stopped chasing every new supplement and focused on getting stronger, eating enough protein, and recovering properly, I realized how little I actually needed. Sometimes having fewer variables makes it easier to see what’s working.

For me, performance products are more situational. I might use caffeine for a tough session or electrolytes when training hard in the heat, but I don’t feel the need to take a kitchen-sink stack every single day. ⚡

A clean stack is easier to stay consistent with.

The supplement industry definitely knows how to make a basic routine sound complicated. 😂

At the end of the day, I’d rather have a solid training plan, good nutrition, enough sleep, and a few evidence-based supplements than a cabinet full of stuff I barely understand. More products don’t automatically mean more gains. 🏋️‍♂️🔥
