For me it’s mobility flow sessions at night. Like 10–12 mins tops. Opens up hips and back and I sleep way deeper afterward. Everything recovers better when sleep quality goes up.

I like giant sets front raises, side raises, then Arnold press. Hurts, but builds those 3D caps fast.

That actually sounds good for my afternoon lifts. I already meal prep chicken and rice, so that’s easy to fit in.

Yeah, I’ve seen a few people mention cream of rice. Might grab a box and test it out sounds like a solid swap for oats.

Still trying to figure out my perfect pre-workout meal. Oats and banana give me energy, but sometimes I feel a bit heavy halfway through training. What do you guys eat before lifting that keeps you fueled but not sluggish?

Honestly, most girls in my gym who lift seriously are on the same basics: protein, creatine, maybe a multivitamin. Everything else is just expensive candy.

Totally agree. I also make sure I’m hitting hammies and quads, so glutes aren’t taking all the load every session. Balance keeps them fresh.

Primo is mild but still watch for deepening voice or acne. I used it with NAC and milk thistle for support.

5 weeks with low-dose Winstrol worked great. Sides were minimal but the results were solid
