I started adding 10 minutes of mobility before lifting and noticed a difference almost immediately, especially with squats and overhead work.

Band pull-aparts before upper body days are a regular for me now. Nothing fancy, just enough movement to get my shoulders ready before I start loading up.

Form before ego. Every time. I’d rather squat a little lighter with solid control than load up the bar just because somebody next to me is moving more weight. 😂

For me, the biggest improvement came from leaving one or two reps in the tank. I recover way better between sessions now, and I don’t feel completely cooked when I walk into the gym two days later.

Magnesium has been helpful for me.I mainly take it in the evening, and I feel like it supports my recovery after tough training days.

I think people underestimate how important nutrition is. You can have a great training program, but if you're not eating enough protein or getting enough overall calories for your goal, progress can be much slower.

For me it’s mobility flow sessions at night. Like 10–12 mins tops. Opens up hips and back and I sleep way deeper afterward. Everything recovers better when sleep quality goes up.
