Glute-ham raises (GHR) if your gym has the machine. It targets the hamstrings at both knee flexion and hip extension.

When calories are high, I can handle more cardio. When cutting, I dial it back hard.

Cold plunges were fun at first, but honestly? Sauna has done more for me. Helps me relax, reduce that wired feeling after training, and I wake up with fewer aches.

Every bodies different. Just track your cycles, adjust when needed, and don’t guilt yourself for resting. It’s still part of the process.

Middle ground exists. I’m at it now shoulders rounded, legs strong, but I still fit into regular clothes and feel feminine.

Mini bands before compounds. Warm-up activation gets the glutes firing so I don’t have to overload crazy heavy later.
