Yeah that’s kind of where I’m at now. I feel looser after moving around, not just holding a stretch.

I always hear mixed takes on this some people say it’s a waste of time, others say it’s a must. What’s been your experience? Do you stretch before hitting the weights, or just warm up and go?

Honestly depends on what you’re eating. A pizza with 4k calories? That’s rough. But a burger and fries? No big deal if the rest of your week is clean.

True that. You can always eat back the calories if you’re scared of size loss. Clean food + steady cardio = best combo.
