I finally stopped program hopping.
I stayed with one solid routine long enough to actually see what was working, and my bench has gone up steadily since then.

I never warm up just to “check a box.” I use it to see how my body feels that day. If something feels tight or off during the lighter sets, I adjust the workout instead of forcing it.

Around 16 weeks for me, although I’m keeping the first few weeks pretty conservative. I want to see how my body responds before making bigger changes to calories or cardio.

Creatine every day, no exceptions. Pre-workout only when I'm lifting. That's probably the easiest way for me to keep things consistent without overcomplicating it.

Same here. I used to chase heavier numbers constantly, but I’ve learned that being able to repeat good performance week after week is much more valuable than having one crazy session.

For heavy compounds I usually go by feel. If I'm still breathing hard and know the next set is gonna suck, I'm not starting just because the timer says so.
