I never ignore small aches anymore. If something doesn't feel right, I reduce the intensity, work on mobility, or take an extra recovery day instead of pushing through the pain. That mindset has helped me avoid turning minor issues into major injuries.

Honestly, patience is probably the hardest part. If you're training consistently, eating appropriately, recovering well, and gradually improving your performance, you're probably doing more right than you think. Keep going and give the process time.

The mental side was the hardest for me. Some days you look in the mirror and think you're making amazing progress, and the next day you feel like you've gone backward. You really have to stop judging yourself every single day and trust the bigger picture.
