I’ve been using creatine during my current strength-focused block, and I like how easy it is to keep consistent. I track my lifts and overall training performance, but I don’t attribute every improvement to the supplement. There are too many factors involved, from programming and sleep to nutrition. For me, monohydrate is just one useful part of the bigger picture. 🔥

The supplement industry is always pushing something new, but I still prefer keeping things simple. Creatine monohydrate is affordable, widely studied, and easy to fit into my routine. I’m not chasing a massive supplement stack right now; I’m focused on getting stronger, recovering well, and making steady progress over the long term. If a newer product offers a real benefit for a specific situation, I’m open to learning about it, but I’m not switching just because the label looks more advanced.

Basic monohydrate is still in my stack. Train hard, eat enough, and stay consistent. 🏋️‍♂️
