For those using HGH what kind of diet gave you the best results?
I’ve heard low carb helps keep insulin down, but others say balanced macros work fine.

Low-carb mornings worked best for me. Keeps GH levels high longer.

High protein, moderate fat and clean carbs post-workout saw the most gains that way.

I kept it keto-style for 8 weeks. I felt leaner and more focused.

Fasted cardio plus low insulin meals early in the day = magic combo for me.
