My go-to full-body workout includes compound lifts like squats 🏋️, deadlifts, and bench presses. I focus on 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps per exercise. Here's how I structure my day:

Squats (3 sets, 8-10 reps)
Bench Press (3 sets, 8-10 reps)
Deadlifts (3 sets, 6-8 reps)
Pull-Ups (3 sets to failure)
Planks (3 sets, 30 seconds)
I try to hit this routine three times a week, with rest days in between for recovery! 🛌💪

Here’s mine, a mix of strength and cardio! 💥

Squat to Press (4 sets, 10 reps)
Kettlebell Swings (4 sets, 15 reps)
Push-Ups (3 sets to failure)
Lunges (3 sets, 12 reps per leg)
Mountain Climbers (3 sets, 30 seconds)
This full-body workout keeps my heart rate up and builds strength. I do it twice a week along with some active rest days! 🏃‍♀️🔥

I stick to a simple routine to keep things efficient:

Barbell Rows (4 sets, 8 reps)
Overhead Press (3 sets, 8 reps)
Romanian Deadlifts (3 sets, 10 reps)
Pull-Ups (3 sets to failure)
I focus on full-body movement with good form to avoid injuries, and I usually add in core work at the end—Russian Twists and Leg Raises. It works great for me!

Full-Body Circuit Style 💪
Push Press (3 sets, 10 reps)
Dumbbell Rows (3 sets, 12 reps)
Box Jumps (3 sets, 15 reps)
Farmer’s Walk (2 sets, 40 meters)
Ab Wheel Rollouts (3 sets, 10 reps)
I love to do this as a circuit to really push myself and keep the intensity high. It’s quick and keeps me moving! 🏃‍♂️💥

Nice routine, guys! I follow something similar but prefer supersets to save time. Squats + pull-ups, deadlifts + dips, and bench press + rows. Keeps my heart rate up and builds endurance while lifting heavy

Full-body workouts are my go-to! My favorite is a circuit style:
1️⃣ Squats – 4x8
2️⃣ Bench Press – 4x8
3️⃣ Deadlifts – 3x5
4️⃣ Pull-ups – 3x10
5️⃣ Hanging Leg Raises – 3x15
Keeps my workouts fast-paced and effective. No wasted time!

Anyone here do full-body calisthenics? I train bodyweight only: push-ups, pull-ups, dips, squats, lunges, and core work. Helps with athleticism and keeps me lean.

I used to do calisthenics, but adding weights made a huge difference. My full-body day is simple:
💥 Squats – 4x6
💥 Deadlifts – 3x5
💥 Overhead Press – 3x8
💥 Weighted Chin-ups – 4x8
💥 Farmer’s Carries – 3x30 sec
Heavy, simple, effective!
