Lateral raises every session. I swear by high reps with cables for that clean, capped shape.

Heavy dumbbell presses and machine laterals. I train delts twice a week one heavy, one pump day. Total game changer.

Rear delts are the secret. Everyone forgets them, but they make your shoulders pop from every angle.

Ooh good point. I barely hit rear delts separately. Might add reverse pec deck or cable flys in.

I like giant sets front raises, side raises, then Arnold press. Hurts, but builds those 3D caps fast.

Love that idea. My shoulders usually fatigue fast though how often do you hit them without overtraining?

Twice a week max. One day heavy compounds, one for isolation and higher reps. Don’t forget your protein and sleep though 😅

For me it’s all about consistency. Even 15 mins of focused delt work at the end of upper day adds up big time.
