Push-ups on handles, cable laterals, and overhead press. Keep shoulders engaged the whole time mind-muscle is everything.

I’ve been using resistance bands between sets just to keep blood in the delts crazy pump and definition over time.

Don’t skip progressive overload. Even a small jump in weight or time under tension makes a huge difference for that sculpted shoulder look.
