Straight sets and progressive overload. Nothing fancy, just adding weight over time still works.

High-volume push/pull/legs. Old-school volume but with smarter recovery.

Rest-pause sets. Don’t use them every workout, but they’re great for breaking plateaus.

Heavy compounds first, isolation later. Been doing that since day one and never felt the need to change it.

Love how most of these are just simple principles done consistently. Guess the basics really don’t go out of style.
