Anyone Tried Staying Off Social Media and Just Lifting?

Post by Charles Harris »

Deleted IG for a month and damn… training actually feels peaceful. No more comparing physiques all day. Anyone else do this?

Bro I did the same thing last year. Best decision ever. Way less comparison, way more focus.

Social media lowkey messes with your head. You start thinking everyone is 5% body fat year-round.

I keep IG but I unfollowed a bunch of fitness pages. Cleaned up the feed and it helped a lot.

Training hits different when you’re not filming every set. Just you and the weights. Old school vibe.

I still use it for exercise ideas and motivation, but I limit screen time. Balance is key.

Comparison is the fastest way to kill progress. Half those dudes are filtered, pumped and perfect lighting anyway.

Yeah that’s exactly how it feels. Way more locked in and less worried about how I look mid-bulk. Might keep it deleted longer and just focus on getting stronger. Feels healthier honestly. 💪
