Tried full-body for 3 months. Felt strong but burned out.
Now bro-split works better for my joints and I can isolate lagging areas.

Hybrid approach: upper/lower/upper/lower/rest.
Keeps me from overdoing volume but hits each muscle 2x a week.

Full-body when cutting, split when bulking.
