Tried full-body for 3 months. Felt strong but burned out.
Now bro-split works better for my joints and I can isolate lagging areas.

Full-body, always! 3x a week.
Squats, pull-ups, overhead press, deadlift—boom, done.

Hybrid approach: upper/lower/upper/lower/rest.
Keeps me from overdoing volume but hits each muscle 2x a week.

I’m a push/pull/legs fan too.
Also add a glutes/abs day cause… priorities 😆

Anyone else just do what their schedule allows?
Busy weeks = full-body. Chill weeks = split days. Flexibility wins.

Push/pull/legs since day one.
It’s simple, covers all bases, and works for strength and size.

Full-body when cutting, split when bulking.
Heavy compounds 3x a week keeps muscle while in deficit.

Frequency is king.
Hit muscles 2-3x a week if you’re natural—studies back it up.
