Re: 💊 What’s Actually Worth Taking in Your Supplement Stack in 2026?

The biggest thing I've learned is that supplements should support your habits, not replace them. Definitely the mental game. There are days when you look in the mirror and swear you haven’t changed at all, even though your coach keeps telling you that you’re right on track. Staying patient with the process is harder than I expected.

Re: Are Your Workouts Actually Making You Stronger, or Just More Tired? 💪

Re: What Mobility Exercises Actually Help You Move Better in the Gym? 🏋️♂️🧘

Honestly, consistency matters more than having some complicated mobility routine. Re: 💊 Do You Take Supplements Every Day or Only on Training Days?

Re: How Early Do You Start Your Competition Prep? 🏆💪

My first prep was 14 weeks, and the biggest lesson was that the show prep really started before the official "prep" started. I spent months building muscle, getting my training consistent, improving my food choices, and getting my conditioning better. Once I officially started cutting, everything ...

Re: Building Stronger Glutes Without Losing Overall Balance

I train glutes twice weekly and make sure my upper body gets enough attention too. My routine feels much more balanced now.
