Same! I used to feel like one restaurant meal could ruin my entire week. Now I just enjoy it, get back to my normal meals, and keep moving. Much less stressful. 🙌

My biggest change this year was cutting back from six lifting days to four. Surprisingly, I’m stronger now because I’m actually recovering between sessions.

Deloads were something I ignored for years. Now if my lifts stall, my sleep gets worse, and everything starts feeling unusually heavy, I’ll take a lighter week instead of forcing another hard training block. 🔥

Greek yogurt with berries, oats, and peanut butter is my go-to when I need something quick. It takes less than five minutes and works for breakfast or a post-workout meal.

These are all practical suggestions. I already drink enough water, but I definitely need to improve my sleep schedule and start taking recovery days more seriously.

Twice a week max. One day heavy compounds, one for isolation and higher reps. Don’t forget your protein and sleep though 😅
