Twice a week max. One day heavy compounds, one for isolation and higher reps. Don’t forget your protein and sleep though

White rice and chicken about 90 minutes out is my go-to. It’s boring but never fails. Keeps me full but not heavy, and no sugar crash.

The “creatine bloat” is overblown. It’s just water in the muscle, not fat. Makes you look fuller if anything. It is totally worth it.

Photos online can be deceiving too. A “bulky” girl is usually just off-season and holding water.

Switching rep ranges helps too. I rotate heavy 6–8 rep sets with lighter 12–15s. Different stimulus, less overall strain.

Progressive overload is your best friend. Add small jumps—2.5 to 5 lbs. Those tiny increases stack up fast.

Make sure diet is on point. Primo works best when you're already lean. Otherwise, it’s subtle.
