I’ve been focusing on recovery more than I used to. I’m not trying to destroy myself every workout anymore, and weirdly enough, I’m getting stronger faster because I’m actually fresh enough to perform when it matters.

I think people sometimes make warm-ups way too complicated. You don’t need a 30-minute routine with 15 different exercises before every session. A little general movement, some mobility if you need it, and a few progressively heavier sets usually gets me ready. The goal is to feel prepared—not exh ...

For me it starts with a legit warm-up. I used to walk in and jump straight into my working sets, and that was basically asking for trouble
Now I give myself 8–10 minutes to get moving and ramp up gradually.

I keep cardio post-workout or on rest days. Never before lifting strength stays better that way.

Deep tissue massage every 2–3 weeks is my sweet spot. Fixes all the little imbalances before they turn into real problems. If you find a legit therapist, it’s worth every penny.

I’ll add collagen. I know it’s not a “muscle builder,” but it’s helped me with joint pain and skin. Small difference, but noticeable.
