Dynamic stretches are a game-changer for sure! I also throw in some resistance band exercises before lifting heavy. Bands are great for activating smaller muscles and stabilizers.

For me, it was BCAAs during my early workouts. I found they helped with soreness when I wasn’t eating enough. But now that my diet is on point, I don’t use them anymore. Another tip for bloating—cut back on processed foods and drink more water. I also take digestive enzymes when I’m eating a lot of veggies, and it helps.
