What's One Exercise You'll Never Remove From Your Program? 💪

Bulgarian split squats. They hurt, they're brutal, and I question my life choices every workout... but they've fixed strength imbalances that regular squats never exposed.

Overhead press. It isn't the biggest ego lift in the gym, but it builds strong shoulders, improves stability, strengthens the upper back and core, and carries over into plenty of other pressing movements. Every time I make progress on my overhead press, I notice improvements in my overall upper-body strength.

If I had to choose just one exercise forever, I'd honestly pick the conventional deadlift. It's not because it's trendy or because social media says it's the king of lifts—it's because nothing makes me feel stronger. Every heavy set demands focus, solid technique, and patience. Over the years it's taught me more about discipline than almost any other exercise. Even when I rotate accessories, deadlifts always find their way back into my program because they simply deliver results.
